Hi, I’m Kashmeera! I’ve been hooked on Pilates for the past 10 years— first as a client, then as an instructor. I’m super passionate about Pilates and how it can help you feel your best both physically and mentally. One of my favourite parts of teaching is getting to meet so many amazing people and sharing what I love to help others reach their goals.

When I noticed a lack of creative, dynamic classes in the neighbourhood, I decided to create Loops Pilates— a fun, welcoming and vibrant space where movement helps you to reach your full potential and community come together.

In my free time I enjoy eating out with friends and family, spending time with my partner and dog- Otis and seeing live music.

I can’t wait to meet you in the studio!

Ciara

Hi, I’m Ciara! I was introduced to Pilates when I attended a class and left feeling so good that I decided I want to make people feel that way. Fast forward a few years, I now weave together my psychology background and passion for mind-body connection to curate classes where intention meets movement. When I’m not teaching or yapping, I spends my free time training for marathons, researching for my podcast, and watching true-crime documentaries.

Ashleigh

Hi, I’m Ashleigh! Like many of us, I started out as a client and quickly became obsessed with Pilates. I was doing it almost every day and taking every chance to drag my friends along too. I loved how every class offered something new and kept challenging me in the best way. That passion eventually inspired me to get certified and start teaching.

Movement has always been a big part of my life. I grew up swimming and running, and these days I combine my love for long-distance running with Pilates. I also studied both Sport and Exercise Science and Biomedicine at University, which gives me a solid understanding of how the body moves, recovers, and performs at its best.

My classes are known for being strong and challenging. I like to push people, but with purpose. You'll work hard, but you'll feel stronger, more capable, and more confident each time you show up.

Georgia

Hi there, I’m Georgia! I started practicing pilates four years ago to help me recover from a sports injury. Since then my twice a week hobby turned into a seven times per week obsession! Pilates has helped me become the fittest, fastest, strongest version of myself and now it’s my passion to help others feel the same!

I love a spicy, high energy class that leaves you feeling a like a weapon!

When I’m not in the studio you’ll either find me with my nose buried in my laptop studying, out and about with my friends or at Footy and Netball training. I can’t wait to see you in class.
