FAQs
-
Absolutely! We welcome beginners and will guide you through everything you need to know. We recommend attending our Loops Foundations class to nail the basics before progressing to Level Up.
-
Please come in workout-ready attire. You’ll need grip socks to wear on the reformer, if you do not have a pair you can purchase socks at the studio. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Fill up with our cold filtered water at the studio.
-
Expect a fun and dynamic workout! Our classes run for 50 minutes, always starting with a warm up and finishing with a cool down. The aim of our classes is to help the client build strength, mobility, control and transform into the strongest version of themselves. It’s normal to feel a little nervous if you’re new to Pilates, but we promise our expert instructors will make sure you feel comfortable.
-
For best results, we recommend 2-3 classes per week. However, even one class a week will help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more energised.
-
You’re welcome to attend class with certain injuries and limitations as our instructors can offer modifications to best support you. However, as a group fitness studio, we’re not a rehabilitation facility, so we recommend checking with a healthcare professional to ensure our classes are the right fit for you. Depending on your injury–you may need to avoid our more advanced class styles so please reach out to the studio before attending.
-
Yes! You are welcome to attend classes while pregnant- just let us know in advance so we can best support you. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend avoiding our Level Up or Limitless classes, as they’re more advanced.
